Functional description

From the filling process arrive wine cases of 2, 3 and 5 litres – 30 cases per min.

A Meurer CM/TP 25-B 650 performs the following:
· Groups and packs cases of 4 and 6 in wrap-around and trays
· Groups and pattern builds in trays of 400x600mm (1/4 pallet size)

The line is fitted with 1/4, 1/2 and 1/1 pallet magazines. The magazine for ¼ pallets are fitted with extra storage space, making room for about 30 plastic pallets. The pallets are separated automatically in the magazine. An Okura A-1600 palletizer places the cases on the wanted pallets. The pallets are film wrapped using a Lantech S-1500 wrapper.

It is an express customer demand that the line should be fully flexible and controlled from 2 centrally located info screens.

All conveying systems in the plant are produced by Sealing System.
