ABOUT THE PALLET MAGAZINE
A pallet magazine is a solution for automatic pallet conveyance during medium to large productions. The magazine feeds an empty pallet from the pallet stack to the palletizing solution. This way, the forklift driver only needs to add a new pallet stack when the pallet magazine needs to be refilled. The pallet magazine ensures that the pallets are fixed, and this provides safety for the employees.
As the pallet magazine can be filled during operation, it is possible to maintain high throughput without downtime.
Pallets can be fed into the magazine by truck, pallet stacker or automatically by pallet conveyors or by a robot.
Sealing System has two types of pallet magazines. A standard model with pneumatics and one with electrical driven motors.

IPM (Intelligent Pallet Magazine) Greenline is a electric-driven pallet magazine. It has low energy consumption and requires no air. It has been developed in conjunction with the electrical-powered IP-4 Greenline palletizer.
As the pallet magazine can be filled during operation, it is possible to maintain high throughput without downtime.
Pallets can be fed into the magazine by truck, pallet stacker, or automatically by pallet conveyors or by a robot.

Functional description
The magazine feeds an empty pallet from the pallet stack to the palletizing solution. This way, the forklift driver only needs to add a new pallet stack when the capacity of the 15 pallets needs to be filled. The pallet magazine ensures that the pallets are fixed, and this provides safety for the employees.

Truck protection
Truck protection is to protect against collision with the pallet magazine and to ensure correct pallet stack infeed. This truck protection may come with recesses for pallet forks.

A light grid is mounted at the feed-in of the pallet magazine to increase safety and prevent people from staying in the pallet magazine during operation.
