Lantech's case erectors always erect the case correctly - at a 90-degree angle. Right-angled cases result in better casepacking, stable palletizing and better protection of the products during transportation.
Fully automatic packaging lines require uniformity to ensure operation and high uptime. The machine's small footprint allows it to be integrated in practically any production line.

C-300 and C-400
Lantech C-300 and C-400 case erectors
Lantech C-300 and C-400 are robust and compact machines that are easy to integrate into virtually any production due to their size. Lantech C-300 / C-400 are standard machines with a throughput of up to 10 and 8 cases per min.

Pick-up frame with eight suction cups ensures 90-degree angles on the corners of the case

Ergonomically correct filling: The magazine is easy to fill, and filling may be done during operation.
Delivery control: The cartons blanks are placed on small conveyor belts and led to the pickup frame.
Separation of cases: Special separators release only the first sheet blank for the pickup frame.
Right-angled case erecting: Eight vacuum-powered suction cups hold the item in the correct position when it leaves the magazine.
Flap folding: Once erected, the flaps of the case are folded before it is moved to ensure that it remains at right angles. This makes the case stable, and the corners lock at a 90-degree angle.
Case sealing position: The case erector is equipped with two conveyor belts that push the cases forward to a tape dispenser which tapes the bottom of the case.

The difference between the Lantech C-Series and the CI-Series is the angle of the magazine. The CI-series is a series of in-line machines, which means that the machine works parallel to the line, whereas the C-Series works at a 90-degree angle.
