Sealing System’s bag-hand robot tool is the ideal solution for handling and palletizing bags and sacks. It is a thoroughly tested robot tool especially designed and built to meet customer demands. The standardized basic module, together with optional top hold devices (which press against and hold the sack during transport), arms for moving pallets, height detection and vacuum suction of slip sheets, constitutes the customized solution.

The Boxhand from Sealing System is the ideal solution for palletizing cases/products without the need of support. The tool is adapted to customer demands and is also available with lateral vacuum suction and suction / fixing of products. The tool can also be fitted with arms for the removal of pallets or combined with a vacuum system for picking up slip sheets as required.

The multi-flexible combi tool from Sealing System is for tasks where lack of space and flexibility are the key words. Robot tool for Cobots
Sealing System Aubo robot toolRobot tool for Cobot
The robot tool was designed specifically for our AUBO cobot for palletizing purposes. The tool is 3D-printed and equipped with six suction cups, which ensure that the tool can suck up the product and allow it to be palletized. With 3D printing it is possible to create tools with a lower weight, which enables palletizing of heavier boxes than would otherwise be possible by means of traditional robot tools, as the lifting capacity is inclusive of tools.
