At Sealing System, we have a premium service concept tailored to customer demands. Our goal is that our machines and packing and palletizing lines should work optimally with as few unintentional stops in production as possible.

Our service technicians have extensive experience in our large range of machines to provide our customers with the best possible service.

Advice on system optimization

With our great expertise and knowledge of packing and palletizing solutions, why not take advantage of our advice on optimization? We want happy and satisfied customers. To achieve this, we must ensure that we provide our customer with the right solution.

We also sell and repair second-hand machines. Our service technicians will run in the second-hand machines and instruct your employees in how to operate and use them.

We do not only service our own machines. We also service machines that have not been supplied by us. Call us to find out more.

We know the importance of minimizing downtime. That is why we stock a large selection of common spare parts.

We take pride in delivering within the shortest possible response time, which is less than two hours on average.

Our experienced service technicians are ready to answer your call. Outside normal opening hours, a fee will be charged.

Monday–Thursday: 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM
Friday: 7.00 AM – 1.30 PM

24/7 Hotline service
24 hours a day - all year round

If you need service outside normal opening hours, our on-call service is always ready to help you, around the clock, 365 days a year.

If you have a service agreement, our 24/7 service is available at a discount.

Monday–Thursday: 4.00 PM – 7.00 AM
Friday: 1.30 PM – 00.00 AM
Saturday/Sunday/public holidays: 24 hours a day

Service agreement

The service agreement includes a review of the electrical and mechanical functions of the equipment as well as its safety features.

The service agreement can be customized. But most often it includes working and traveling time, accommodation and mileage for service visits at intervals.

We offer courses and training in our solutions - adapted to all levels. The courses can be held at our premises, at your place or on the factory floor. Training in how to use our own solutions, specific courses in robot technology and programming.
